Manzanita Farmer's Market
I am a life long farmer's market shopper and supporter of the local food movement, so this site was a dream project! The idea was to build a website that would look as eye-popping as any of the big PDX farmer's market sites, but scaled down to fit the smaller market's budget and needs. This website is the first to feature the new content management tool. Not only does it look great but the MFM staff are able to login and make changes to the site text and images themselves (no coding needed.) The site features custom colors and a dynamic (clickable) image slideshow as well as wonderful illustrations by local artist, Nicole Poole. As the site grows, it will also features links to vendor pages and websites.
Wanderland Rainforest Sanctuary
New website design to better showcase the beauty of the sanctuary. Starter small business website with added features: unique banner for each section of the site, vertical navigation system that will easily accomodate many more pages/links as the website grows. The site ranks well for Google keywords: wanderland rainforest, crone trekking, gwendolyn endicott, rainforest oregon and oregon rainforest sanctuary.
Fourth Street Gallery:
Kathy Kanas needed to get a web presence up fast as she was being featured on an upcoming Oregon Art Beat segment. It also needed to rank well on Google and other search engines so visitors to the Oregon coast could easily find her. She has been pleased at the number of visitors to her studio who saw her on OPB and where then easily able to find her website the the search engines.
FrogTown (One World Books)
FrogTown had a sweet little website but no way for visitors to purchase their products online. A shopping cart website needed to be set up fast and it needed to compliment the colors and look of the FrogTown website. Parinamah Wellness Center
A simple website needed to be built quickly so Fawn could put her yoga and workshop schedules up for clients. The site is built so that she can log in and make all of her site updates and upload photos herself, with a simple, code-free editing tool she can even access from other computers when she is on the road!
Helene Hipple: Scentsy Director
A project for a client in the direct selling industry. She is a consultant/director and needed an external website that would better feature the products. Showing up on Google and other search engines was very important to her as it is a very competitive market sector. Not only does she now have a website she can be proud of, we also decided that a custom blog that she could update herself would be a great marketing strategy (blogs show up almost instantly on Google) to generate traffic quickly. As planned, Google is picking up both sites but the blog is being picked up quicker for new key phrases so it is serving to bridge the gap until the website starts ranking well, too. 		vspace=
Essential Bodywear
I love these clients! They really allowed me to go-to-town building their corporate website and a series of other projects, several years ago and we have a great, ongoing relationship. They wanted area of their website where they could post a consultant of the month and other news features. I came up with the idea of a custom, corporate blog where they could do all of that plus easily post news from their road trips and other events. I provided some training and support and now they have started blogging as well as starting "Tweeting" on Twitter. Blogs and Twitter, when used correctly, can generate amazing web traffic and improved Google/search rankings.
